Account freeze service
Going on vacation or won't be using the internet for a while? Request a free temporary suspension of your service — no monthly fee is charged for that period.
How to request: call (093) 01 02 03 8, (067) 01 02 03 8, (050) 01 02 03 8 (in Ukrainian or Russian) or write in the website chat (in English) no later than 5 business days before the date you want. The freeze lasts from 1 month to 12 months. A shorter pause is not available: the monthly fee for a billing period is charged in full regardless of how many days you used the service.
Please note:
A freeze applies only on prior request. If there is not enough money in your account, your service is suspended automatically — this is not a freeze, and in that case:
- after 14 days your static IP address goes back to the free pool — once service is restored, you get a different free address;
- after 30 days your plan is no longer kept for you — service is restored under the plans in effect on the date of restoration;
- after 3 consecutive months of non-payment, the provider has the right to terminate the contract.
While service is suspended for non-payment, no port, IP address or other network resources are reserved for you. Suspension and restoration are usually done remotely — we do not plan to disconnect the subscriber line from the port on purpose, but in exceptional cases (a shortage of free ports on the equipment) we reserve that right. After you top up, access is restored as soon as the payment is credited to your account (the payment must include your personal payment code); if the line was disconnected, reconnection and a technician's visit are charged separately.
Connection and changing your plan
We connect where it is technically possible at the address (free ports, the optical budget of the line, etc.). The timing depends on the queue of applications and how complex the work is: when things are calm it takes 1 to 10 business days; right now we do not name an exact time in advance. The plans were published on July 8, 2026 and apply to new connections; for subscribers connected earlier, the updated plans apply from September 1, 2026. Unlimited plans have no traffic cap, subject to fair use. Internet access speed: minimum — 1 Mbps (as required by Article 105 of the Law of Ukraine «Про електронні комунікації» (On Electronic Communications); the actual speed is usually close to the maximum), maximum — as set by your plan.
