In English — in the chat. The AI assistant answers in English around the clock. Our support staff don't speak English, but they can join the same chat daily from 9:00 to 18:00 and reply using machine translation. By phone we speak Ukrainian and Russian.

  1. Apply. Write in Telegram, WhatsApp or the website chat, or call (093) 01 02 03 8, (067) 01 02 03 8, (050) 01 02 03 8 (daily 9:00–18:00, in Ukrainian or Russian). Give us your address and the plan you want.
  2. We check whether a connection is technically possible at your address and agree on the day of the visit.
  3. Installation and connection. On the agreed day, our technicians lay the cable and connect the equipment.
  4. The contract is a public offer (in Ukrainian). You don't need to sign it separately: it is considered concluded once you pay or start using the service. We send the login and password for your customer account and your personal payment code by SMS when you are connected.
  5. Payment. The service starts after you pay for the first month of your chosen plan — in any convenient way.

How long it takes

When things are calm — 1 to 10 business days after you apply. Right now we honestly can't name an exact time: the same people who connect new subscribers repair the network after shelling, and the plan for the day often changes overnight.

Applications differ, too. Where our network is already in the building, connecting is quick — we do those first so that we can connect more people in a day. Where we need to extend a cable or bring the signal to the building, there is more work, and those applications wait longer. Once a technician has checked your application, we will know which case yours is — ask in the chat, or by phone (in Ukrainian or Russian), and we will tell you how things stand. Before the visit we will call you (in Ukrainian or Russian) to agree on a time.

The cost of connection and equipment depends on the building and the technology (GPON or Ethernet) — ask when you apply.

Plans: Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, for business. The full text of the contract is on the Public offer agreement page (in Ukrainian).
